Sir Terence Etherton, chairman of the Law Commission, has indicated that prenups may become legally binding within a couple of years. Paula Jones was the girl from Arkansas whose accusation of an unwelcome sexual advance in a hotel room triggered the investigation that would eventually unearth the existence of Monica Lewinsky.
