Q I love Boots’ fragrance-free facial scrub but can no longer find it on their website. Help!

A Sadly, I have to report that Boots has discontinued that scrub. Its suggested alternative is Everyday Cucumber Facial Scrub, £1.39 (item code: 2639165), which is readily available in all Boots stores and also on www.boots.com. If you don’t like the idea of cucumber, there are a few alternatives. Liz Earle does a divine daily scrub, the Gentle Face Exfoliator (£12, www.lizearle.co.uk), which is packed with lovely natural ingredients and perfect for sensitive skins. Alternatively, try Garnier’s Clean Detox Exfoliation wash (£4.49 on www.amazon.co.uk), specially formulated to soften and clear the skin’s surface without leaving it dry or tight. If you have a little more to spend, I would recommend the Body Shop’s Vitamin C Face Polish (£8, www.thebodyshop.com), which is suitable for everyday use and jam-packed with antioxidants. The Body Shop also has branches in America, making this a little easier for you to get hold of.
