Old age is a sickness — one that we are conditioned to accept. If you refuse to be conditioned, that’s half the battle. I refuse.

How are you going about achieving eternal life?

Well, it’s an emotional thing. We don’t have a society that demands total health. They would like us to be tired one day and die the next so that we give space to people who are younger.

So ageing is a conspiracy?

Yes, completely. It is all to do with your thought processes. Whenever I feel down, it affects my body. When I am very disappointed or unhappy about something, I get very bad colds.

A1 fitness otherwise?

I hate to say that I’m totally healthy in case something happens to me. But, as far as I know, I don’t have any illnesses.

Take anything to give your body and brain a boost?

Vitamin B12 supplements and ginseng when I’m feeling tired, and vitamin C if I have a cold. I think it is dangerous to take something every day, though, because you become immune to it.
