You're a former glamour model turned television presenter; do you feel any pressure to look a certain way?
When I was 17 I went to Milan to see a model agency and they measured my thighs, put me on the scales, and told me to lose lots of weight. Luckily I was strong, but if you are a bit vulnerable it would be so easy to fall into that trap.
You have one child; has motherhood taken over your life?
Exercise is my real passion, but since giving birth to my son Devon 23 months ago, I've really struggled because I'm so exhausted all the time. I've started jogging again with an all-terrain pushchair, so my son comes with me.
Planning any more kids?
I'd love to. Maybe when Devon's in his own room, I'll have another one. But at the moment he sleeps in my bed, and I'm still breast-feeding him even though he's 2. That's just the way that I've chosen to do it, and the way that it works for us.
Body confident?
I don't feel too bad, but I am seeing changes as I get older.
Any nip 'n' tuck?
I had breast implants when I was younger because I thought they'd make me happier, but if I could make that decision again, I wouldn't have them. It just seems so materialistic.
Any other regrets?
I've got a big tattoo on my back, which is again something that I got when I was younger.
You're a charity run fanatic - any in the pipeline?
When I start feeling a bit fitter, definitely. I have charities that I always try and help, such as Cancer Research UK, Help the Aged, Support Our Soldiers.
Personal reasons?
My dad had cancer and is in remission now.
Always been sporty?
When I was younger, other people would be going out and I'd just want to be going to the gym!
What do you love about it?
It's mental as well as physical. I'm quite a shy person really and get very nervous in front of people. But in the gym I'm relaxed and can just sweat, and be bright red, and it doesn't matter. I'm addicted to that feeling that exercise gives you.
Your latest campaign is called Dancing Darlings. What's that all about?
It's about getting your kids active through music and dance.
Are you naturally slim?
My dad's quite an athletic build and I think that naturally your genes are a certain way, but the rest of it I put down to being active and eating sensibly.
Don't starve yourself, then?
I love my food. If you exercise a lot, you have to eat, otherwise you'll keel over.
Healthy diet?
Well, I have a lot of chocolate. I live on pasta and potatoes, and lots of fruit and veg, but I need carbohydrates to be able to run.
Are you a drinker?
Since I had Devon, I've gone off alcohol. The taste just doesn't appeal.
Did you used to neck a few pints on a Friday night?
I did the binge drinking and all that because you feel that it's the way to fit in, but I never really enjoyed it.
Are you a natural on screen?
No! I get so nervous when I'm doing the TV presenting, that I have to take lots of Kalms stress-relieving tablets, otherwise I'm a wreck.
Funny choice of job, then ...
I don't know why I do it really. I've just fallen into this job, and that's it, I'm stuck with it.
Ever tried therapy?
No. I probably do need counselling actually; bit of a nutcase.
Man in your life?
I'm married to Devon's dad.
Fairy godmother, please change...
I wish that I'd had kids when I was a bit younger so that I had more time to have a huge family.
