Q I am going to a totally Wag-tastic wedding in Alderley Edge in September. The bride will be wearing Oscar de la Renta. What should I go for?

A You have two options: full-length and floaty, or short and sparkly. This dress, right, by Matthew Williamson, from his pre collection (£895; matthewwilliamson.com ), is delicate, feminine and sexy. Q I am 22, in my first ‘proper’ job, and my tatty Primark wallet isn’t cutting it. I’m desperate for a grown-up one that’s classic yet modern. Leather would be best. Is that possible for about £100?

A With soft-cup bras, you have all the advantage of pretty with none of the constraints imposed by underpinnings.
