While you can’t completely ignore squabbles with family, colleagues or others you see regularly, keep them in perspective. In some situations others have a right to be annoyed, and those situations will require tact. However, a few involve their own querulous nature and require a firm hand, or their complaints will only escalate. These issues aren’t new, but it’s urgent they’re handled now, because you owe it to yourself to focus on ideas or opportunities that could bring substantial improvements to your work, lifestyle or domestic existence. Just how may not be immediately clear, but there’s no question that exploring these, and declaring your enthusiasm about them to those who matter, must come first.
